Refund & Exchange
At AtasAutohub we always try to make sure you are happy with your purchase. But if you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund on unused item(s) within 30 days for a full refund and an exchange within 60 days.

Any product(s) marked FINAL SALE, CLEARANCE, DISCONTINUED are not eligible for refund or exchange.
We will accept returns within 30 days for a full refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. Please not that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns can take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your returned product(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We will accept an exchange within 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
Exchanges can take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your returned product(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange product(s) will be processed and dispatched to you.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you receive a product(s) that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

Shipping cost shall be borne by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
